Welcome to the Casa Water Department. We appreciate all of our customers!
Water bills are mailed on the first of the month. If you have not received your statement by the 5th, please call the water department at 501-233-6210.
Payment is due by the 15th each month. If the 15th falls on a holiday or weekend, late fees will not be implemented until the next business day. If your bill is not paid by the last day of the month, your water service will be disconnected.

New Water Customers
To start service, please fill out our New Water Service Application.
Homeowners
A copy of your deed as proof of ownership is required to begin water service.
Connection Fee: $20
Meter Deposit: $50
Renters
A copy of your rental agreement from your landlord is required to begin water service.
Connection Fee: $20
Meter Deposit: $155
New Installs
Connection Fee: $20
Meter Deposit: $50
Parts/Labor: $1,000
If the new line has to cross a roadway, additional charges may apply.

Other Fees
Damage to Water Department Lock: $150
Reconnection Fee: $50.
To have your water reconnected after hours or on weekends, an additional $50 service call fee will be added to your bill.
Water Rates
Water Rates effective Jan. 1, 2026, for all customers:
- Base Rate: $36.05 for 1000 gallons
- 1001-3000 Gallons: $5.20 per 1000 gallons
Water Utility Database
The Casa Water Facility is a member of WUDB created by Act 769 of 2003 (PDF). This service allows Arkansas water utilities to collect identity information on their users to protect the utility and to collect delinquent water bills within the state.
