New Construction
A permit is required for new construction on a property within city limits.
Cost: $30
Remodeling Notification
A permit is required for home remodeling that will produce excessive noise or construction debris.
Cost: Free.
Demolition
A permit is required for demolition of a structure within city limits.
Cost: Free.
Please notify ADEQ to obtain additional necessary permits.
Burn Notification
If you plan to burn brush within city limits or the Casa Fire District, you will need to contact ADEQ for rules and regulations. Please use our permits form to alert the local fire department, in order to prevent false call-outs.
