- Review and approval of current financial reports
3. New Business
- Ordinance 2025-12-31: Discussion and vote on ordinance establishing a 3% annual water rate increase as mandated by the city’s water rate requirements
- Resolution 2025-12-09: Discussion and vote to approve and accept adjustments and budget overages for the 2025 fiscal year
- Discussion and approval to engage Todd & Associates, CPA to complete the remaining Agreed-Upon Procedures / Water Audit as required by the State
- Discussion and approval of the acceptance and allocation of the City of Casa’s portion of the Anthracene Alliance funds to be transferred into the Pavilion Fund
- Acceptance of a Letter of Resignation from Council Member B.C. Rankin
