• 2026 City Council Rules of Procedure – Presentation, discussion, and consideration of adoption of Rules of Procedure
governing meetings of the Casa City Council for calendar year 2026; to be reviewed and adopted annually thereafter.
• 2026 Budget Cleanup Ordinance – Presentation, discussion, and consideration of an ordinance amending/adjusting the 2026
City budget to address budget overages and necessary adjustments; consideration of adoption and related action, as permitted
by law.
• Helipad Lighting – Presentation and discussion of proposed replacement helipad lights; consideration and possible approval of
purchase.
• Other New Business, as properly presented
CITY HALL CLOSURE
• Monday, October 12, 2026 – Columbus Day / Indigenous Peoples’ Day – Casa City Hall will be closed in observance of the
holiday.
COMMUNITY EVENTS
• Saturday, October 24, 2026 – Casa Fall Fest – 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM
PUBLIC COMMENTS
• Open floor for public input
• Speakers are asked to be recognized by the Mayor before addressing the Council.
